Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with any manuals and all parts,
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All Health Tracker Products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may contact us to request a return approval of your item for a refund or exchange. To return, please email us at info_healthtrackerproducts@yahoo.com to obtain a return authorization and information about where to return the product.
* Please note: Buyer is responsible for the return shipping/freight cost.
* The Health Tracker Products store will not be responsible for any return freight/shipping cost.

We will notify you once we’re received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds for items returned within 30 days from your delivery date will be credited in full using the same form as the original payment type. 

CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided the order has not yet shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can return the item for a refund as outlined above.
